Blueberry Simple Syrup
1 cup blueberries
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup water
Combine everything in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, and bring to a boil. Once it starts to boil, lower the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes. The syrup will start to thicken, break up blueberries with the back of a spoon. Once it cools strain syrup. Store in a sealed mason jar, it will keep in your refrigerator for about a month.

Oysterville Pineapple Breeze
1 1/2 oz Pineapple infused Oysterville Vodka
3 oz organic pineapple juice
1/2 oz organic cranberry juice
Pour over ice, garnish with infused pineapple pieces

Oysterville Limoncello
Peal lemons 🍋 with veggie peeler removing outer peel, be careful not to get the white pith
Put lemon peels in mason jar and cover with Oysterville, seal mason jar
Allow Oysterville to infuse with the lemon 🍋 peels in a dry, dark place for several days (4-5 days)
Prepare simple syrup and let cool
Strain lemon peels, mix limoncello & simple syrup pour into swing top glass bottles...CHILL 🧊

3 oz. cranberry juice
1 oz grapefruit juice
garnish with a slice of orange
Pour over ice, mix, enjoy!
